Enter the web address given to you into your internet browser and open the TIS-Web portal page. On this page

To access your account click on the Log In button .1.

When the account login page is presented enter your Account id, User name and password and click [Sign

On] .2. : Should the service report that the user is already logged on you may force a new login by ticking the

force login box and re-entering your password again.

NOTE : Login details are NOT case sensitive; you may use lower or upper case characters.
